I visited the Seattle store to replace a broken battery lid cover for my gas fireplace.  I was promptly approached by Milissa B. and I told her what gas fireplace part I needed. Milissa found the replacement part and also suggested for me to Goggle the correct way to release & reinstall the battery lid cover. I must thank Rich's & Milissa for her expert expediency. Outstanding customer service by Jennifer Grey. We went in looking to purchase a fireplace insert. She suggested several options including some we had not previously considered. Called the Tukwila store and talked to Melissa about my fireplace remote not working. She walked me through the battery change and receiver to remote connection. It still didn’t work. She offered to check it in store on one of her fireplaces and I went in the next day. As it turned out, my batteries had sat in the drawer too long and were no longer good. In addition, I was not doing the proper procedure to connect the remote and receiver. She was able to get mine working again. Great communication skills, very understanding and showed a willingness to help which is rare in customer service anymore. She saved me some money and while I was in store I saw some great patio furniture. I will be back to buy from her come spring.

The whole entire team but mainly Jennifer because she’s the one that helped me is absolutely amazing. They’re very friendly. They always have what I want and believe it or not. They even have my name in the computer probably 15 years ago which was in my opinion beyond great excellent customer service so definitely will be going back plus there’s something new every time.
