We bought our gas fireplace here ten years ago and I was struggling to find a manual to figure out how to clean the glass. Thank goodness for Pat at the Lynnwood location - she answered by questions on the phone and when I stopped by on a Friday afternoon, she showed me how to get to the glass panel and even shared a few tips.
