I was on the hunt for replacement parts for my old gas fireplace.  I would not have been successful without the help from Pat in Rich’s  service department.  She was so helpful, knowledgeable, knew exactly what I needed and double checked the parts with the serial number of my unit.  She made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase! Pat in the Service Dept of Rich’s Lynwood is the first rep in 4 months who actually followed through on our warranty work, after a dozen phone calls over the same period of time to the Bremerton store (where we do our purchases) and the Lynwood store. Pat was awesome! Pat followed through on all of my parts needs, evaluating the system I currently have, evaluated the photos I sent her, and suggested next steps.  Pat cared for my issues with my spa,  and her customer service was very helpful and accurate information was given to me.  Thank you for checking in and asking how my experience was.
