Ehren was most accommodating when I discovered the table legs weren’t included in the pickup. He personally picked them up, delivered them and completed the setup (with a little assistance from me). I love the polywood table and two mesh seat folding chairs. The chairs are really sturdy and so comfortable. So glad Rich’s was so easy to work with.

Kim Berry was incredibly helpful finding replacement grill grates for my Napoleon Grill. She went out of her way to connect with a rep to confirm we got the right ones and even helped make sure I got them sooner by picking them up at the distribution.

The selling process was great - when Rich's discovered that the grill I wanted was not in production by Napoleon, they provided me the upgraded version at the same price! We bought a small Homecrest patio set in 1989. Since all components are in good condition, we did not want to replace the set. Instead, we wanted to add to the set with compatible chairs. Kim Berry spent a good deal of time with us reviewing the available chairs, explaining the current Homecrest offerings including sling fabrics and metal finish colors. Kim is very knowledgeable with the various product lines and is willing to spend as much time with a customer as necessary to satisfy their issues. We are very happy with our purchase and appreciate Kim's help.
