As long time customers of Rich's, we weren't surprised to receive excellent customer service when we walked in the door.  Sonja Pouliot (aka Smith) greeted us warmly, took time to understand our needs, then guided us to appropriate merchandise on the showroom floor.  She did a great job making herself available for questions but without seeming overbearing or pushy.  When we arrived the following day to pick up our purchase, she was again extremely helpful and made sure we had everything safely loaded before excusing herself to work with another customer. We started working with Korey back in July 2025.  It was a long project,  backyard construction etc, but our swim spa arrived in February 2026 and rich's is still available for support whenever we need something.   There is a reason why they have been in business for so long.

We are building a new home and purchased a wood stove from Cadi Castonguay at Rich’s. She is wonderful! Cadi always responded quickly and answered every question. We had some hiccups in construction and Cadi made great accommodations for us. Go see Cadi! I would also like to add…Cadi coordinated the installation through a gentleman named Ignacio and WOW he is so good at his job. He installed our woodstove and made sure it was perfect. Many thanks to Cadi for her outstanding customer service and Dennis for his fast, professional work ( including having to deal with cantankerous cotter pins). ____________________________________________________________ Cadi, your Service Manager went more than the extra mile to provide outstanding service.  She was able to help me with an issue that was not even responded to by your Tukwila and Lynnwood locations. We ordered a patio set a couple of months ago and we're told it would probably be July before it came.  Not only did it come early at the beginning of June, but the help we received by Sonja in your Tacoma store was above and beyond.  We had it shipped to that store for ease of pickup.   Sonja kept us notified of when it would arrive and help us get everything opened and loaded in our truck.  She was so helpful in every way.   She is a wonderful asset to your Tacoma store.
