Many people are intimidated by grilling the holiday turkey, but by watching the demonstration video featured on the Web site there are no mistakes. You are taken step-by-step through the process so grilling becomes easy.”In addition to the Apple-Brined Turkey recipe, there are recipes for the entire holiday meal—from side dishes such as green beans and squash, to pineapple upside-down cake for dessert. The Web site has helpful advice for grilling your main dish, and each recipe can be downloaded with the option of emailing a grocery list to make shopping easy.
