We love everything we have got from Rich's For The Home. Their high end patio furniture last forever outside, unlike other pieces we have got from other places. They have also been a big advocate and donor of our anti-trafficking work in West Africa through Orphan Relief and Rescue. I dropped in today after getting my 2nd Covid shot to 'just look around' and walked out a short time later after purchasing a gorgrous fire pit table and associated products for it. They have a great selection and Paula expertly advised us on what was available and how to get the best bang for your buck. She advised and answered all our questions without giving us a hard sell and let her quality products speak for themselves. I will certainly be recommending her and this store to everyone interested.

Have some loose ends to finish off before completion of my gas insert installation. However Beth Urban (Sales) and Bobby (Store Mngr) came to my home and are working the problem. Efforts are being made to make it right and I appreciate that very much. Customer service oriented team.

I looked for a pellet smoker for over 4 months, wasn't able to decide which route to go, I stopped by Rich's and they had a great selection and the worker was able to point out all the ups/downs of the various models. I purchased a Green Mountain Grill, Daniel Boone, and it is awesome. we've used it over 40 times in 4 months and haven't been disappointed!
