This place is so amazing. Very impressive. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I’d actually recommend coming to the store and seeing everything. John and his team has been there each time we had a question or purchase.

I really love the inviting feeling I get when I walk into this store , I feel comfortable and I also feel like I’m not being pushed to buy something , there are so many different selections to choose from but it’s not overwhelming because these guys know exactly how to explain everything perfectly ! We love everything we have got from Rich's For The Home. Their high end patio furniture last forever outside, unlike other pieces we have got from other places. They have also been a big advocate and donor of our anti-trafficking work in West Africa through Orphan Relief and Rescue. I recently came into the store wanting to buy some new furniture for my balcony. The sales staff was super friendly and walked me through several great options. I was able to place my order and have it delivered to my home.

Absolutely fabulous! The weekend of Memorial day and we had no patio furniture to host our party. Korey was a huge help in finding the sectional that we wanted and worked with our back patio. He worked quickly to ensure we could get one of the last remaining sets and schedule a last minute pick up in the Lynnwood warehouse. Not only did he schedule it, he called us the day of to check on us and make sure the pick up went well. We simply could not have gotten our furniture without his great service and diligence.
