Much improved customer service! We were having problems with the install of our new gas fireplace, so the Regional Manager, Jeremy, personally came to our house to make it right! He drove here from quite a distance to assess our issue, and resolved the problem immediately. We will definitely be making future purchases at Rich’s Home Furnishings! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We met Chad Jenkins upon visiting this store. He listened carefully to what we had in mind for replacement of our patio furniture, offered various design options and prices for us to consider and, although he was taking care of other customers at the same time, we never felt rushed or pressured in any way to buy. We left the store impressed with his knowledge and friendliness, returning the next day after thinking overnight about our options. We ended up purchasing an upgraded product. We sincerely appreciated his help and would gladly work with him again when seeking other patio items. There was even a hiccup on the delivery of the product we’d purchased and we were tempted to just accept it but Chad told us it should be exactly what we had ordered so we waited a bit longer to receive the corrected order! Grilling and summer go together like peas and carrots. The only thing I like enjoy more than grilling is eating grilled food. For years I have used a gas bbq, the kind you can get at any home improvement store, and after years of use it finally gave out. I decided to visit Rich’s for the Home (Lynnwood) to see what they offered. Meeting with Jon and Carmen they didn’t try to sell me the biggest or most expensive bbq they carried, instead they listened to what I liked and then offered advice. The grill they helped me select is the Daniel Boone from Green Mountain Grill. The grill is made really well of heavy steel (the unit weighs close to 200lbs), and was easy to assemble. All the assembly tools actually come with the grill. But the most important thing is how does the grill work. I was amazed at how good everything I grilled tasted, easily the best ribs I have ever grilled. In the first week alone we made ribs, burgers, brats, steak, beef jerky and pizza. My only complaint is that I didn’t visit the great people at Rich’s years ago. Attached are pictures of some of my early smoking/grilling, but trust me the pictures do not do justice for how good this grill makes food taste.
