Enjoyed my visit to Rich's. It was way better than the others stores. They made me fell so comfortable picking the correct tub for my family and myself. Can not wait. Would recommend to anyone in Tigard area

I really love the inviting feeling I get when I walk into this store , I feel comfortable and I also feel like I’m not being pushed to buy something , there are so many different selections to choose from but it’s not overwhelming because these guys know exactly how to explain everything perfectly ! I definitely recommend stopping by !

I looked for a pellet smoker for over 4 months, wasn't able to decide which route to go, I stopped by Rich's and they had a great selection and the worker was able to point out all the ups/downs of the various models. I purchased a Green Mountain Grill, Daniel Boone, and it is awesome. we've used it over 40 times in 4 months and haven't been disappointed!

Much improved customer service! We were having problems with the install of our new gas fireplace, so the Regional Manager, Jeremy, personally came to our house to make it right! He drove here from quite a distance to assess our issue, and resolved the problem immediately. We will definitely be making future purchases at Rich’s Home Furnishings! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have shopped at Rich's two times instead of a cheaper place for new patio furniture for my new deck. I have been incredibly grateful for the quality and sturdiness, as well as the incredible service both in person and following up via email.
