Grilling and summer go together like peas and carrots. The only thing I like enjoy more than grilling is eating grilled food. For years I have used a gas bbq, the kind you can get at any home improvement store, and after years of use it finally gave out. I decided to visit Rich’s for the Home (Lynnwood) to see what they offered. Meeting with Jon and Carmen they didn’t try to sell me the biggest or most expensive bbq they carried, instead they listened to what I liked and then offered advice. The grill they helped me select is the Daniel Boone from Green Mountain Grill. The grill is made really well of heavy steel (the unit weighs close to 200lbs), and was easy to assemble. All the assembly tools actually come with the grill. But the most important thing is how does the grill work. I was amazed at how good everything I grilled tasted, easily the best ribs I have ever grilled. In the first week alone we made ribs, burgers, brats, steak, beef jerky and pizza. My only complaint is that I didn’t visit the great people at Rich’s years ago. Attached are pictures of some of my early smoking/grilling, but trust me the pictures do not do justice for how good this grill makes food taste.

Purchased an OWLee swivel rocker chair for my girlfriend’s mother and couldn’t be happier. It fits her other furniture perfectly. Helpful staff and product showed up on time letting us be there as she was surprised. Thanks Rich’s!

I had a broken on/off switch on my Sturbridge heating stove I purchased from Rich’s 22 years ago! Erik, in the Lynwood Service center, located my purchase and identified the part number and helped me secure it very expeditiously (the stove is our main source of winter heat.) Erik is great and their record keeping is impressive. Great job Erik!!!

Absolutely fabulous! The weekend of Memorial day and we had no patio furniture to host our party. Korey was a huge help in finding the sectional that we wanted and worked with our back patio. He worked quickly to ensure we could get one of the last remaining sets and schedule a last minute pick up in the Lynnwood warehouse. Not only did he schedule it, he called us the day of to check on us and make sure the pick up went well. We simply could not have gotten our furniture without his great service and diligence. The party was a hit and we owe it all to Korey. Thank you so much!
