Absolutely fabulous! The weekend of Memorial day and we had no patio furniture to host our party. Korey was a huge help in finding the sectional that we wanted and worked with our back patio. He worked quickly to ensure we could get one of the last remaining sets and schedule a last minute pick up in the Lynnwood warehouse. Not only did he schedule it, he called us the day of to check on us and make sure the pick up went well. We simply could not have gotten our furniture without his great service and diligence. I had a broken on/off switch on my Sturbridge heating stove I purchased from Rich’s 22 years ago! Erik, in the Lynwood Service center, located my purchase and identified the part number and helped me secure it very expeditiously (the stove is our main source of winter heat.) Erik is great and their record keeping is impressive. Great job Erik!!!
