Have some loose ends to finish off before completion of my gas insert installation. However Beth Urban (Sales) and Bobby (Store Mngr) came to my home and are working the problem. Efforts are being made to make it right and I appreciate that very much. Customer service oriented team.

I looked for a pellet smoker for over 4 months, wasn't able to decide which route to go, I stopped by Rich's and they had a great selection and the worker was able to point out all the ups/downs of the various models. I purchased a Green Mountain Grill, Daniel Boone, and it is awesome. we've used it over 40 times in 4 months and haven't been disappointed!

I had a broken on/off switch on my Sturbridge heating stove I purchased from Rich’s 22 years ago! Erik, in the Lynwood Service center, located my purchase and identified the part number and helped me secure it very expeditiously (the stove is our main source of winter heat.) Erik is great and their record keeping is impressive. Great job Erik!!!

We met Chad Jenkins upon visiting this store. He listened carefully to what we had in mind for replacement of our patio furniture, offered various design options and prices for us to consider and, although he was taking care of other customers at the same time, we never felt rushed or pressured in any way to buy. We left the store impressed with his knowledge and friendliness, returning the next day after thinking overnight about our options. We ended up purchasing an upgraded product. We sincerely appreciated his help and would gladly work with him again when seeking other patio items. There was even a hiccup on the delivery of the product we’d purchased and we were tempted to just accept it but Chad told us it should be exactly what we had ordered so we waited a bit longer to receive the corrected order! He was concerned for our best interests during the entire process! Thank you Chad!

Much improved customer service! We were having problems with the install of our new gas fireplace, so the Regional Manager, Jeremy, personally came to our house to make it right! He drove here from quite a distance to assess our issue, and resolved the problem immediately. We will definitely be making future purchases at Rich’s Home Furnishings! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
