Anne DeMartini is a wonderful sales person to have at Rich's. I was hoping I could walk into her showroom and take the furniture home upon purchase for an up-coming dinner party . I had a broken on/off switch on my Sturbridge heating stove I purchased from Rich’s 22 years ago! Erik, in the Lynwood Service center, located my purchase and identified the part number and helped me secure it very expeditiously (the stove is our main source of winter heat.)
