Anne DeMartini is a wonderful sales person to have at Rich's. I was hoping I could walk into her showroom and take the furniture home upon purchase for an up-coming dinner party . She used her calming presence and her product knowledge to help me find a set that worked perfectly and that could be at party on time. It was delivered and set-up by two amazing gentlemen. We love the set. I may need to buy another glider, since my husband seems to think it fits him perfectly. ;0) Way to go Anne and Rich's for the Home. You have a life long customer. I can't wait to have the gas stove in the house, if the remodel ever gets done.

I really love the inviting feeling I get when I walk into this store , I feel comfortable and I also feel like I’m not being pushed to buy something , there are so many different selections to choose from but it’s not overwhelming because these guys know exactly how to explain everything perfectly ! I love Rich's For The Home, Their products are great. Their patio furniture has lasted us for years, way beyond any other outdoor furniture we have ever used. It also cleans up amazing after each winter staying outdoors. They have also been a big advocate and donor of our Orphan Relief and Rescue's anti-trafficking work in West Africa. The team at Rich's made our Coast Spa purchase a great experience. The sales staff was very helpful throughout the entire process. Since the spa purchase we have purchased a BBQ island and umbrella. John and his team has been there each time we had a question or purchase.

I looked for a pellet smoker for over 4 months, wasn't able to decide which route to go, I stopped by Rich's and they had a great selection and the worker was able to point out all the ups/downs of the various models. I purchased a Green Mountain Grill, Daniel Boone, and it is awesome. we've used it over 40 times in 4 months and haven't been disappointed!
