I dropped in today after getting my 2nd Covid shot to 'just look around' and walked out a short time later after purchasing a gorgrous fire pit table and associated products for it. They have a great selection and Paula expertly advised us on what was available and how to get the best bang for your buck. She advised and answered all our questions without giving us a hard sell and let her quality products speak for themselves. I will certainly be recommending her and this store to everyone interested.

Anne DeMartini is a wonderful sales person to have at Rich's. I was hoping I could walk into her showroom and take the furniture home upon purchase for an up-coming dinner party . She used her calming presence and her product knowledge to help me find a set that worked perfectly and that could be at party on time. It was delivered and set-up by two amazing gentlemen. We love the set. I may need to buy another glider, since my husband seems to think it fits him perfectly. ;0) Way to go Anne and Rich's for the Home. You have a life long customer. I can't wait to have the gas stove in the house, if the remodel ever gets done.

I have been incredibly grateful for the quality and sturdiness, as well as the incredible service both in person and following up via email. What I purchased from other stores fade and fall apart, what I buy from Rich's lasts.

Much improved customer service! We were having problems with the install of our new gas fireplace, so the Regional Manager, Jeremy, personally came to our house to make it right! He drove here from quite a distance to assess our issue, and resolved the problem immediately. We will definitely be making future purchases at Rich’s Home Furnishings! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a broken on/off switch on my Sturbridge heating stove I purchased from Rich’s 22 years ago! Erik, in the Lynwood Service center, located my purchase and identified the part number and helped me secure it very expeditiously (the stove is our main source of winter heat.) Erik is great and their record keeping is impressive. Great job Erik!!!
