For a wholesome summertime lunch on the drill, try making a grilled vegetable sandwich. Add seasonal vegetables that you love. This sandwich is enjoyed by both vegetarians and meat eaters alike.
WHAT YOU NEED:
tablespoon lemon juice
minced garlic cloves
cup olive oil
cup sliced red bell peppers
cup sliced green peppers
small sliced zucchini
sliced red onion
small sliced yellow squash
pieces of French or focaccia bread
