Grilled Pizza Tortillas

Yummy on the grill! You can cook them made-to-order for each person and even keep on track with specific diets. Ingredients are flexible and most anything can be added. For a different flavor, use burrito ingredients. Here is a basic kid-loving recipe for pizza.



  • 1-2 flour or corn tortillas per person
  • 1 jar pizza sauce or white sauce
  • Shredded cheese
  • Meats (cooked), veggies or filling of your choice
  • Foil


  1. Add sauce as a stripe in the middle of tortilla Tortillaopen
  2. Place desired ingredients on top of stripe
  3. Fold ends of the tortilla at each end of stripe
  4. Starting with a side with no fold, roll tortilla up
  5. Wrap in foil
  6. Grill 3-5 minutes each side until warmed through
  7. Peel off foil and serve or use foil (careful, hot!) as a pouch to eat from
